Speaker Series: A Holiday Cooking Class

Looking for a few new ideas for a holiday meal to serve to families and friends? Wanting recipes that are easy to prepare, inspire creative variation, and garner enthusiastic compliments from your guests? Madison Suoja, Education and Outreach Specialist from the Davis Co-op, will share her grandmother’s recipe for a no-fail pie crust and demonstrate how one batch of crust will serve as the foundation for delicious appetizers, entrées and desserts. We will have the recipes and list of ingredients in hand as we watch Madison via Zoom lead us through the preparation of three courses, plus an extra delicacy. Madison will respond to our questions and comments throughout the class and suggest how we can change up each recipe to make it our own creation. Attendees will have access to the taped demonstration and will be able to view it at their leisure. Join us to share in a fun and informative cooking class.
