Soup's On!

Madison Suoja, Education and Outreach Specialist with the Davis Co-op, will share her recipes for two tasty soups, Creamy Mushroom and Salmon Chowder. She'll also be preparing the perfect cracker accompaniment...an excellent combination to chase away the cold, gray January doldrums! Attendees will receive a copy of the recipes and the ingredients list before the class, so they may follow along as Madison leads us through the preparation. Attendees will also have access to the taped demonstration and will be able to view it at their leisure.

For all UFC programs and events, masks are required both indoors and out, regardless of vaccination status.
