In this class you will make a big pot of ricotta, taste it plain and salted, and turn it into fluffy, tender gnocchi. You will also learn some simple sauce recipes that take advantage of fall produce. When you register choose either the November 1 or the November 2 class. Each class is limited to 16 participants.
