Spend an afternoon with Director Javier Fernandez-Salvador learning about the UC Davis Olive Center. Carpool to the Wolfskill Experimental Orchard and Super High Olive Orchard in Winters for a tour and lecture, then return to UC Davis for a tasting and food pairing. Contact: Jan Bower.
