You'll be ready for the holidays with your new appetizer skills!  We will be making three different items in this class:

* Charcuterie board how-to!  We will make several spreads and dips to pair with cheese, crackers, vegetables, etc.  We will also learn to make salami rosettes

* Savory Puff pastry appetizer which everyone will get to form by hand

* Tapas-style appetizer(s) made by hand as well

Class will take place on November 19 and November 20, please register for the date you wish to attend
